Participation of Tatarstan Scientists in the Cultural and Educational Events as Part of the Delegation of the Russian Historical Society
On April 23-25, 2022, a series of cultural and educational events were held in Kokshetau and Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) aimed at developing contacts with representatives of the professional historical community.
The event was attended by a delegation of the Russian Historical Society, which included Konstantin Mogilevsky – Chairman of the Board of the Russian Historical Society, Executive Director of the History of the Fatherland Foundation, Vice-Rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities, Larisa Pastukhova – Scientific Supervisor of the All-Russian Competition “My Country – My Russia”, Director of the Institute of International Relations of the Kazan Federal University, Ramil Khairutdinov – Chairman of the Council of the Branch of the Russian Historical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan, Ayrat Sitdikov – Head of the Institute of Archaeology named after A. Kh. Khalikov of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences.
The press center of the Sputnik Kazakhstan News Agency, hosted a round table within the framework of the #большечем30 (more than 30) project, related to the historical aspects of the development of diplomatic relations between Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as other meetings with historians of Kazakhstan.
As noted by members of the delegation of the Russian Historical Society, communication at such platforms allows to create zones where specialists develop joint understanding of certain phenomena by making the most correct and adequate assessments. Today, the scientific communities of Russia and Kazakhstan in the field of historical sciences are faced with the task of increasing the scale of contacts again after the pandemic.
