“Povolzhskaya Arkheologiya” (The Volga River Region Archaeology) among the best Russian journals in the field of “History”

RISC has published a ranking (https://www.elibrary.ru/titles_compare.asp) of scientific journals for 2022.

“Povolzhskaya Arkheologiya” is among the best scientific journals and ranked the 6th place in the subject rating «History. Historical Sciences». Among the Russian editions on archaeology «Povolzhskaya Arkheologiya » took the 4th place.

The journal is indexed in the Scopus abstract and citation database and included in the “White list of journals RAS”. In the HAC (ВАК) list and the RSCI rating, the journal has been assigned to the category K1.
