Recommendations for the reports

Oral reports:

• each speaker has 15 minutes to speak (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion)

• presentations (in ppt / pptx or pdf format) must be handed over to the secretary before the section starts

• it would be preferable to speak in English with a presentation in English
